I founded Sapphire Maid Services in 2015 in London, Ontario with a simple belief: a clean, calm home gives families room to breathe and be present for the moments that matter most.
Starting my own family deepened that belief. Experiencing firsthand how much reliable in-home support can change daily life inspired me to bring that same sense of ease and care to more families throughout London. That purpose continues to guide our work today.
My husband Don serves as our Chief Financial Officer. With his background in accounting, he helps ensure the business grows responsibly and with long-term stability. Together we run Sapphire as a true family business, and our children Everleigh, Jackson, and Remington keep us grounded in the kind of company we want to build.

Every member of our team undergoes thorough background checks and professional vetting. We trust them with your home because we've verified they're trustworthy. References and experience matter, but discretion and integrity are non-negotiable.
We don't rush. We don't cut corners. We understand that luxury homes require a different approach—one where attention to detail and respect for your space come first. Our team is trained to work with precision and leave no trace.
Marble, rare woods, and delicate finishes require informed care. Our team is trained to work with premium materials and understands the attention and restraint they demand. We’ve maintained some of London’s finest homes with the respect these environments require.
We understand schedules can change. Requests to reschedule must be received at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Because our team reserves time specifically for your home, late changes or missed appointments may be charged in full. This allows us to maintain consistency and reliability for all clients.
We do. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service can be arranged to suit your needs. Consistency is part of our promise—the same team, the same standards, every time.
We offer both one-time services and recurring maintenance plans. Our ongoing clients receive priority scheduling and benefit most from maintaining their home to our standard. Availability for one-time services is limited and subject to scheduling.
Discretion is built into everything we do. Your home, your schedule, and your preferences are handled with care and professionalism at every step. We have long-standing experience serving private households who value trust, consistency, and quiet reliability.
